I wanted to share
with you a beautiful poem that was written for Bucky, my dear
friend, mentor, and fellow worship minister who has gone home
to be with the Lord. What a beautiful testimony to God and
her love for Him.

God's Dancer
Returns Home
With reverent
step on slippered feet,
She makes her way down golden street,
Eyes wide with wonder at it all
Until at the Master's feet she prostrate falls.
With jaded eyes
and quiet feet
She looks toward the Master's face,
In thunderous roll He speaks her name,
The one He gave before she came.
"You've
faithfully served, my little lamb,
For many will folow you to this land,
Upon your head I place this crown
For souls reclaimed and lives unbound."
She spoke in
words, but realized
The Master heard her heart's deep cry
To ever, ever worship Him
With heart and hand and dancing limb.
Unable to speak,
the awe so great,
She simply looks into His Face,
And in whispered breath come words so true
"Master, I saved the last dance for you."
