Ladies Of Virtue & Excellence

It is our belief that all Love, Virtue, and Excellence comes from God and is given to us through Jesus Christ. We believe that we can know God and come to receive Him into our lives by the Power of The Holy Spirit. As we study the Bible, the word of God, we learn of Him and His ways as we yield to Him and obey His word.

Our Mission
Our Mission is to touch people's lives with the LOVE of God.

God is love so, let us love one another for love is of God. This is how He showed His love for us - He sent His only son, Jesus, into the world so that we might live through Him. He came to pay the penalty for our sin so that we would be free to love and to have eternal life.
(1 John 5:7-21)

God loved us first and so He sent His only son, Jesus, so that whoever believes in Him, whoever calls on His name, whoever trusts and relies on Him and His payment for our sin, will not perish, but will have everlasting life.
(John 3:16)

And this is eternal life - to know God and His son, Jesus Christ - to know Him intimately and personally as the one true God who loves us with an everlasting love. (John 17:1-5) (Jeremiah 31:3)

Our Focus
Our Focus is to experience the love of God through worship, study of the Bible, and application of His words and ways to our everyday lives. We desire to grow in faith and virtue and live lives of excellence and love before our Lord, our families and our community.

True Love
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have no love, it profits me nothing.

Love suffers long and is kind;
Love does not envy;
Love does not parade itself,
Is not puffed up;
Does not behave rudely,
Does not seek its own,
Is not provoked,
Thinks no evil;
Does not rejoice in iniquity;
But rejoices in truth;
Bears all things,
Believes all things,
Hopes all things,
Endures all things.

Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.
For we know in part and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is part will be done away. When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
For now we see in mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known. And now abide faith, hope, love, these three, but the greatest of these is love. - 1 Corinthians 13
